Policy

Protected checkout

Eligible verified dealer transactions may use delayed payout release while delivery and dispute windows are handled.

Direct transactions

Private seller purchases are arranged directly between buyer and seller unless a protected option is shown at checkout.

Condition matters

Returns require the item to remain in the same condition, with included accessories and documentation preserved.

Before requesting a return

  1. 1Keep the watch, packaging, accessories, box, papers, tags, and shipping materials intact.
  2. 2Take photos of the item and packaging if there is a condition, authenticity, or transit issue.
  3. 3Contact support from the email used on the order and include the order reference.

Protected checkout orders

For eligible verified dealer orders paid through protected checkout, House of Watches can help review delivery, condition, and dispute information before payout release.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when approved. Card and bank processing times may vary.

Private seller direct purchases

When a purchase is completed through direct contact or direct private arrangement, return terms must be agreed between buyer and seller. House of Watches may provide messaging records but does not automatically control the external payment.

Items that were worn, sized, opened, altered, damaged, or serviced after delivery.
