House of Watches
Fees

Transparent fees for each seller model.

Fees depend on whether the transaction is direct between buyer and seller or uses platform-protected checkout for verified dealers.

Current beta fee model

Individual direct sales

No platform escrow fee is charged by House of Watches for external direct-payment arrangements. Payment provider fees may apply when card payments are used.

Verified dealer protected checkout

Platform commission and payment processing fees apply. The exact rate can vary by commercial agreement and will be shown before launch.

Promotions and featured placement

Optional promotional tools may be offered separately after the invite-only beta phase.

Why fees differ

Protected checkout requires payment processing, fraud controls, support, payout handling, and dispute workflows. Direct private transactions place more responsibility on the buyer and seller.
